User-friendly automation

In the SF-PLS (Prisma Loading System), proven OTEC processes meet simple automation. Only the processing task must be selected, the machine does the process parameter selection for every tool. The prisma pallets used enable rapid loading and unloading. 

Flexibility

Different batch sizes can be processed in the SF-PLS. Whether it is a large series, small series or a re-grinding batch. Both tool length and diameter can vary.

NEW MACHINE SOFTWARE

In addition to the standard software, which enables full control over all process parameters, the SF-PLS has flexible operation. This puts the OTEC stream finishing teams’ decades of experience to use. Only the processing task must be selected. The SF-PLS takes the diameter recognition, parameter selection and automatic loading.
